This notice covers personal information collected through goldthorpereport.com — principally the details you provide when you request access or contact us. It does not describe the property data within our products, which concerns properties and market activity rather than the personal browsing of visitors to this site.
When you submit the access form, we collect the information you choose to give us:
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site, and we do not sell or rent the contact details you give us.
We use the information you provide for a single purpose: to respond to your request and discuss the right access to our products. We will not add you to unrelated mailing lists or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
We retain request and correspondence details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymise it.
We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, restrict access to those who need it, and treat privacy and security as build requirements rather than afterthoughts. A SOC 2 programme is in progress; details are available to prospective clients on request.
